The Cambridge School of Culinary Arts
I have been cooking for as long as I can remember. I grew up in a food-centered household, where family dinners and spending time in the kitchen was second nature to us. After graduating from college and working in the corporate sector for a few years, I made the decision to change my career and go to culinary school. I graduated from the Cambridge School of Culinary arts in September of 2023 and had ultimately made the decision, so I could become professionally trained and learn the nuances and classical techniques of cooking. I love trying new foods, recipe testing and constantly pushing myself to go outside of my comfort zone and take a classic dish to the next level. Since graduating, I have established myself as a full-time private chef and I fully enjoy challenging myself regardless of the difficulty, hard-work and stress that comes along with working in the food industry.
